How long after purchase did you get your PEC letter?

Purchased a BGTS early December, and was promised a PEC half day. not had any contact yet, was wondering if I should chase the dealer up yet....

Mine arrived in the post about 3 weeks after I ordered. Along with a voucher for £80 (I think) off Porsche Techequipment stuff.

Although you can have your PEC day anytime, the idea is that you have it BEFORE your car arrives so that you can experience the same model (they try to get your chosen options close too) and learn how those options work before you take delivery.

At a recent PEC event my instructor recommended getting your PEC day in ASAP after ordering as you may want to change your spec after you've experienced them 'first hand'. Seemed like good advice. He also mentioned to call in advice if there was a particular combination of options you wanted to try. The PEC accommodates approx 20 cars at any one time but he mentioned they have a compound at Silverstone which stores a further 100 models...

Mine was about 3/4 weeks after the order was confirmed for the car and the dealer gave me another as present when I was picking up the car.
