It depends on the car but in most cases it's very quick maybe 3/4 days I think. If you choose exclusive option these are fitted by hand in a separate area and can delay production. My car took about 3 weeks to build due to about 5 exclusive options. It doest take that time to fit the option obviously but I would imagine there must be a back log.
