Hi All,

New to turbo training (getting back into cycling after years away) looking for a good playlist or just individual songs you like listening to when training.

Over to you guys smile

I would go and find some workout playlists on spotify, should do the trick for minimal effort.

What he said! I find high tempo EDM a decent soundtrack to sweating away the hours.

This is one of my 'go-to' tracks - something I would never normally listen to but works for me on the TT. Unless it's a recovery session I don't want anything with lyrics that I could actually listen to otherwise I find myself distracted from my workout....

I usually pop some thrash metal on the iPod and crack on. It's got a fat enough tempo to train to.

Normally a 90's indie fest for me, things like The Farm - Groovy Train, Happy Mondays etc, all seem to give me a pick up and BPM wise good for cadence.

I downloaded a plug in for iTunes, that calculated the BPM of my collection, so it was a doddle to create a playlist with the appropriate BPM.

Seems to be quite a few of them available now.

I don't like listening to words when on the TT, but prefer a repetitive rhythm.

These are on my play list,
