Fuse board layout
Discussion
94 standard:
Top:
1 Dip
2 spare
3 blanked out
4 HORN
5 Ignition
6 Courtesy Light Delay
Bottom
7 Fan
8 Spare
9 Wash Wipe Delay
10 VW Diesel glow plugs :-)
space where unused fusible link is
11 Main beam
The horn switch circuit is thru Fuse 19 (shared with interior lights) but the power circuit for the horn is shared with fans on fuse 3.
I have my own wiring diagram for the fusebox which may be of help if you need to investigate further.

No mine was like that Matt.....
Since it was impossible to get the battery in... The Fusebox was down in the damp.... I converted it (as well as replacing most of the wiring) Having the heavy battery lower down seemed a sensible 'performance' upgrade. Having seen so many of the steps in the wheel arch ground away by tyres I also removed that little snag at the same time... Who cares if passengers are'nt comfy....
On investigation no idea why the hell the dip relay was put in position 1, position 2 has a fixed earth, so 1 less jumper wire required in fuse box?? Position 1 is very suitable for second fan relay as an upgarde. I also found that several of the terminals into the fusebox connectors had actually been inserted the wrong way round (loose as hell) - whether by TVR or an 'alarm installer' I dont know? Thank God VWP stock the terminals.
Simon had my old brakes, sounded like his is similar build model to mine, so educated guess fuse layout is similar.
My nomenclature for the fuse box was simply dictated by having the writing on the fuse box the right way up :-) even tho it is bolted in upside down???? Details are at www.dspen.com/TVR/my_M0264.gif &

You can probably work out the alterations I've made, but the internal circuitry is valid for all models with that fusebox.
