Help spec my bike? 650b+

So, I have placed an order for a 650b+ hard tail. A Mondraker Vantage RR is going to be joining my Foxy RR.

But this is going to be my first bike build, and I'm slightly bewildered at what to blow my cash on.

Does anyone have experience in this field, and what should I be looking at?

I'm thinking XO 1x11 with maybe a DMR Axe. Pedals are sorted. Probably using my old Rockshox dropper.

But what fork? Rims? Brakes? What else am I missing that is going to properly impact my wallet?
