V8 Vantage - Anyone had backbox removed replaced with pipes?

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone had removed the rear backbox and replaced it with straight through pipes?
I did it on my old Maserati and the result was perfect.

I found a thread with someone who did it on a V12 but can't seem to locate it now.

I'm not convinced by the quoted dB level, as it is the same dB quoted for the V12, also I am presuming that it presumes a change of the cats.

This would be the only part I would change.

I have removed Fuse 22 and don't feel it is loud enough.

I had manifolds and 200 cell cats fitted to a 4.7 and didn't enjoy the volume. I expect louder would be dreadful.

I would not expect it to be louder than that. I would not want it to be!
