so for the first time since i bought my 'S' on june 27th 2015, its finally problem free (for now biggrin), ive been faced with typical TVR problems & some strange ones.. overheating, dodgy electrics, fan completely packing up, cutting out at traffic lights etc.

It has just passed its MOT with no advisories! All the hard work & time put in has paid off, for once i can enjoy the car & continue the stainless steel fetish laugh. Would just like to say thanks to the 'S' community on here who have helped me out with different issues ive encountered, appreciate it gents.

Steve

I am very glad to hear that Steve, very encouraging. See you at some events and swap stories about breathing life into old TVR's!?

Cheers guys, must admit it was a relief, found myself online looking at previous MOT's on the car from years ago & getting worried.

Yep going to print my one off actually, only dates back to 2006 for some reason, can't seem to get all the previous years.

Fresh off the MOT i just picked up my S, such an awesome drive back from covemtry on the M6, enjoyed it so much I forgot to take my exit & carried on few miles off route laugh

I think 2006 was the year they started recording the MOT test details on the central computer.
