Anyone else going to Godskitchen the last dance?
Discussion
Missed tickets for the Saturday, but just bought some for the Friday.
It will be a blast from the past and I'm hoping for hands in the air trance.
Just wondering whether it will be full of middle aged past it blokes like me or whether it might attract a more diverse audience!
Staying in a hotel that night and getting the mother in law to look after the kids for the weekend. Last time I did a night like this, I was in my 20s and kids couldn't have been further from the plan. 'nuff said.....

A little taster:-
Across the 5 rooms we’re bringing over 35 of the worlds finest DJs, Godskitchen legends and future talent one party has ever seen. Each act has been carefully selected from Godskitchen shows over the years and will perform with state of the art lasers, sound and production, performers, dancers and all the elements that made Godskitchen so special to us over the years.

Jealous of all who are going .. I have many happy memories of Godskitchen at CODE
.. (and one not so happy of trying to get in at the Institute only to be turned away because I was wearing a Ben Sherman shirt)
Got to go in the booth just once, a mate did his debut there. Free beers. Good times!

I'm not going to this event but I went to a Trance NYE club night in London two years ago. The audience was diverse i.e. people of all ages. I don't think there's ever such a thing as being "past it" so long as you are fit enough to do what it is you want to do and enjoy it too. essayer said:

I've been well out of touch really since having kids, I had no idea it was finishing. Went quite a few times during uni 98-03, good times.

As I remember we ended up in Bakers.
Didn't want to go to that club anyway.
