At last, the day has come to get the engine back in the car! Fingers crossed.

The cardboard lining the engine is a really great idea.
I've been thinking about how to get my engine back in without scratching the manifolds off the chassis.

Good timing for the summer. Good Luck with the installation.

What was the cause of the coolant leak around the head bolt?

You've decided to go for a PS Pump delete, rather than fix while the engine was out?

A long Sunday and I can hardly stand up straight. Took about 6 hours to get the engine in!

I'm sure there is an easier way. Practically had to get the car standing on its nose to get enough angle. There must be a perfect angle/ juggling act to get it in quickly.

Sticking with electric PS . I had many discussions over it, but Andy at APM confirmed my view of sticking with electric.

I'm getting very paranoid about fuel leaking and have checked and rechecked fuel lines many times.

Almost on the road again!

The coolant leak from the head bolt was due to crappy head gaskets. It had corroded one of the bolts so badly that I had to have a new head.

All fixed by Andy at APM

Good grief! Congratulations on sourcing a new head, that couldn't have been easy.
