Stupid brother has entered me for this on 3rd July around central London!

Any PHers doing it?

Anyone got any good training tips? I'm fit(ish) but prefer my exercise on two (engineless!) wheels rather than foot!

Erm after the first 10km you'd be finished surely? Unless you feel like going round again, but thats just hardcore

10km is not too much, if your quite fit already you should be aiming at 50min-1 hour (depends what you mean by quite fit). There is no shame in taking a fair bit longer though on your first race. Training is simple, get out there and run, try and go a bit further each time until you can run for an hour or so no probs. If you want to get serious and do proper training get a plan from www.runnersworld.co.uk they are quite difficult to stick to though and you usually need a heart rate monitor.
