I found a plastic cover in the rear passenger side foot well of the Q7 whilst cleaning it today and despite much investigation with a torch, I cannot work out where it goes back at all.

Part number is 4M0 971 981 - a bit of googling shows it as a seat harness cover but still no idea where it came from from that...

Anyone come across similar or have access to any diagrams to show where it goes?

Thanks is advance,

Phil

Sorry, ETOS isn't super helpful but might narrow it down a bit:

Thanks - that helps a lot in knowing where to look, localises it to the underside of the seat at least - I was literally looking all around to see if some trim was missing.

Weekend job to get the torch out and have a good look under the seat.

Thanks for that,

Phil

Yeah, a good few Audis have little access covers on the sill or underseat area. Hopefully it's fairly obvious!
