Bucket seat into a Chimaera.?

Just wondering if anybody has fitted a bucket seat in a Chim.
Im just looking into getting a chim to use on track days / sprints.
If you have fitted one, want make model etc was it.? Any modifications you had to make.

Try a Lotus Elise/Exige seat.

You'll need a baboons Arse to sit on those things for any length of time,, : hehe: joking, there quite comfortable really and do look the nuts,,

I've tried a few different seats. They have to be narrow enough at the base, and narrow at the shoulders too. Then you fit suitable runners, and Robert's your father's brother. Even harder if you have a roll cage fitted.

Most other TVR seats (eg Cerbera or Tuscan) seats fit, as the chassis for all cars from the S onwards have similar dimensions.

Be aware that the more "serious" the seat it, the bigger pain in the Arsenal it will be for getting in and out and general daily use, particularly if you are anywhere near as old as I am.

I presently have Tuscan seats, and almost new set I was lucky enough to get last year. With the seat pad removed they hug you on track days, with it in they are very comfortable for road use.
