Alternator 100Amp vs 120Amp

I'm looking to replace the alternator with a nice new one and the Alternative Parts List has the replacement as a "Landrover 3.9 V8 petrol"

I've found exactly that and visually they look identical, however the Land Rover one I can find is 120Amp where as the Racetech one is listed as 100Amp

Anyone see any issues in having a slightly higher Amp charging coming out of the Alternator?

Nope! Charging cable is sufficient, which really is the only reason it woudl stop you, and even then you could upgrade it!
