steriod nasal spray & Sudafed spray?? - Doctor help?

Hi All,

I thought I had a cold but it lasted for weeks and then went to the Doctors yesterday.

Long story short, he has prescribed me a steroid nasal spray (can't remember the name...left it at home).

Can I also use the Sudafed nasal spray to give me relief as I'm totally bunged up and the steroid spray does not seem to help at all ?!?!?!?

Yes. I have mild Rhinitis and use a steroid spray once a day plus the use of Sudafed / other brand name un-blockers from time to time also.
