I'me into the second week of a five week business trip which includes the US; Germany and then back to the US before I get home.
When I left home I was aware that my left testicle was a little uncomfortable but assumed that I twanged it, rolling over in the bed.
Now, ten days later it is even more uncomfortable.
Do I cut short my trip, call my insurance and arrange a trip to a local hospital or wait till I get home. bounce

I had similar when on a business trip in Japan last year. I gave in an went to see a Japanese quack which was entertaining.

Anyway it turned out to be some sort of infection in the tube work around the back of the plum which made it ache (pipes felt swollen) some antibiotics later it was ok again.

Get it checked. I spent ages fretting.

A while ago I was experiencing a pulling sensation in one nut when walking (quite uncomfortable). I put it off for a few days before going to see my GP where he very seriously told me if it happened again to get an emergency appointment (or go to A&E) as they can twist and cause all sorts of problems. Look up testicular torsion.

I would definitely get it checked out sooner rather than later.

OK chaps, thanks for sharing your experiences.
Now I just need to decide on an American Doctor today or a German one at the weekend.

In any event, see a quack. PRONTO!

I had an aching nut many moons ago and turns out was epididymitis. Antibionics and now it's firing like before (rarely).

Going to the hospital across the road from my hotel in the morning.

Had that when I was 14. I still remember the pain, I could barely move.

Having a bunch of student nurses checking it over was an interesting experience.

I had this drag on for a few months then go

Think I had my bike saddle setup wrong so it poked it a bit, or an infection in the tubes, as had antibiotics for a month

Had a scan on NHS, all looked fine, no lumbs/bumps or varicose veins, even got the scanner to do it twice to be sure!!

This is why you must never use your scrotum as a catapult...

Didn't your mother tell you anything?
