Low cal/no cal flavoured drinks
Discussion
I did think I should post this on the food forum but it has more relevance in a health aspect.
I have the intention of going back to losing some lbs. I know how it all works. My main thing I'm going to cut out is alcohol (3-4 pints almost daily) which will contribute greatly to a deficit. I am fine with drinking water 90% of the time however sometimes I do feel like I want something with some flavour/taste to it. Be it during a meal or when casually sipping something at night while gaming.
I rarely buy fizzy drinks but when I do I can easily have the diet/zero cal version as I'm ok with the taste. Currently I use the supermarket/robinsons 'no added sugar' squash to which i use a tiny amount, works out very low cals.
However I feel like I want to try something else. Does anyone know of any other low cal/no cal flavoured drinks? (fizzy or otherwise).
thanks

Ive used these and they are ok - get some fizzy water.
trick is if you are doing a ketosis you need to keep of anything with citric acid.

What's wrong with clear tap water (or filtered tap water)?
Does the job perfectly!
It does. It's what I drink almost all the time, I keep 2x 2litre bottles in the fridge to use for tap water as I always go through over 2 litres in a day. Does the job perfectly!
