I am out of the country for a very good friend's 40th. We grew up in the Royal Navy together and I now live in SE Asia. His 40th party is coming up. So what should I send?
I was thinking stripper or comedy dwarf. Can you get random animals sent to these things?
What better ideas from the PH team? The location is at a venue in Runcorn that has three specific venue rooms (i.e built solely for weddings, gatherings etc.).
Arrival of the 'thing' would have to be later in the evening. No children were permitted at his wedding, but I assume with more mature families now involved there could be kids there till 9-10 ish.
Funds could be up to 1k for something extra special but a bit less would preferred.

Sensible money, non-sensible 'thing'.

If in Runcorn, the 1k you're sending over will cover the cost of the wedding so thats enough surely ?

Any embarrassingly rubbish (and famous) footballists that I could send to be his best mate? He's a stout Manchester United supporter, his son is a Blue Nose.

You'd spend a grand on a friend's 40th? It sounds like you're very good mates. Buy a plane ticket.

Wouldn't be the first time. I'm actually heading to work the day after the party so am utterly unable to attend.

And a vat of custard.

(Different sort of custard test.)

(Although photos of this custard test will also be necessary.)

A donation to charity? That's what I asked for for my 40th, though none of my mates are in the same ballpark for finance clearly.

A Train ticket away from Runcorn and an Escort, nicer than a stripper
