Bromley E30 M3 owner

This is a bit of a long shot but as the DVLA can't help, I figured I'd give it a shot here.

I am trying to find a previous owner of a 1989 E30 M3, who owned it up until around 2003, when he sold it to a Mr Nigel Brain. Unfortunately Nigel can't recall and details, other than the previous owner cherished the car and it only left the garage on sunny days. He also said he lived in, or near Bromley, Kent. He'd either imported the car from Germany himself, or from a dealer who'd brought it over? The car was also on the Hamann stand at the Cologne Motorshow when it was new.

So does anyone know of anyone who fits the bill?

This is the car after he sold it and the cage etc were new additions.

I remember years ago there used to be an owner in Bromley who had a red M3 around that period, as I used to drive past it regularly back then. Didn't know him, but it was at a house on the A232 Croydon Road Bromley, approx near the junction of Lakeside Drive. Pretty sure if was an F or G reg car.

Hopefully it'll jog someone's memory? I've mailed local independents etc but no joy so far.
