TVR friendly MOT station in Herts ?

Need to take the S for a MOT, any of you Herts gents have any suggestions ?

My S is lower than most so a low car friendly location would be great.

Lower than most

I take mine to any normal MOT station, never had any problems.

You could try Offord Motor Company just up the A1 near St Neots.

Mine's quite low as well but goes on a four post lift ok

I got mine tested at the small local garage just down the road from home (Letchworth). They are an old style place with a pit, so no problems with getting it lifted.

And they only cost £25

They did enquire about ground clearance when I booked in, as they have had issues with grounding out when the car drops into the rolling road brake tester. But my S is so high, I had no problems.

They don't come much higher than Peter's S.
It will be interesting to see the two cars together at future Herts meetings (both black).
