Any experience with these?

I am looking at giving my tired Rolex bracelet a rest on my Seadweller, question is do I remove the catch ( old style )at attach or go for the buckle option. It is a 20mm lug so I was also wondering if it would also fit onto my Fortis B42 flieger.

I do have a Sinn rubber strap and titanium clasp on my Dievas and it fits really well, but cannot try this on the Rolex as it is 22mm lug to lug

Not the same, but I've got a Everest rubber strap with their buckle on my Sub and it's amazingly comfy. No regrets with it.

Very nice, but as you'll have seen, not cheap

I had a rubber B on my explorer 11, and I had to use the Rolex clasp, it was a pain swapping, if I did it again I'd get the version with the buckle...

Start at £144 from blowers, which isn't bad as that the same price as the Fortis B42 strap from Page and Cooper.

Think I may get one, now what colour! Decisions .

Thanks

Hi

I know this is a bit cheeky and not directed as a sales pitch because it won't fit your watch anyway but I'm about to start selling some straps that I just don't use, one is a barely used Rubber B strap with buckle for a Deepsea, what would you pay for a barely used Rubber B for your watch if the new price is £190?

My experience with Rubber B is that I have both the buckle and the clasp versions for my Deepsea, I actually prefer the clasp version but as said previously it is a pain to chop and change and it's not like anyone is going to want to buy another clasp!

I doubt you will be disappointed with a Rubber B, I'm not sure about the ones with a pinstripe of colour though!

I fear that the price of £165 is just for the blank rubber straps without clasp or buckle.

Which is a a lot of cash, I would prefer the clasp option as it holds the strap in a 'oval' unlike the buckle option.

Not sure if I dare say this but I do have a replica Rolex deepsea in my draw and could use the clasp off that ( which is better than my genuine Seadweller clasp)

I didn't know you could buy them for £165 without buckle or clasp!

I do prefer the clasp version and you are right about the oval

I recently bought an Everest leather strap that came with steel end links (so it's integrated / no gap to the case) I didn't particularly get on with it but that was more to do with the colour. The quality is excellent at the same price as a Rubber B rubber strap

Still undecided on what to get. I'm also keen to get a strap that fits both my Fortis B42 and Seadweller as they are both 20mm lug to lug.

Fortis sell a rubber strap that includes a Titanium clasp for £140 so do I go for that which will be perfect fit on the Fortis, or go for a £165 rubber B with buckle.

For God sake man, just get both – even if it’s one now, and the other a month or two later, to spread the cost!
