Re-homeing a piano

Hello,
I wonder if I can ask for the assistance of the PH community. We have an old piano, manufactured by a company called Chatham in Maidstone I would guess at least 50 years ago. It has been regularly tuned and is generally in fairly good condition (better mechanically than cosmetically) but is now being replaced with a modern Yamaha one. While Yamaha have offered to take the old one away when delivering the new one (for a small fee), the piano has some sentimental value to my wife - she learned to play on it etc - and we would ideally like it to find a new home rather than being broken up.
It is iron framed and very heavy (i know this as it has moved with us a few times) and our local Heart Foundation furniture shop won't take it.
Any suggestions as to how we might move it on, please? We are based in Sevenoaks in Kent, if that helps.
