A question for the ph massive

hubby asked me about a month ago about booking a week in france,I declined to comment,thought we could discuss at a later date,

He only gone and booked it no discussion,i am absolutely furious...
This is a family holiday and he had no right to book without discussion.
I feel railroaded.

Am I being selfish.
Is he being controlling.

No discussion about which villa which area etc,
atm I dont think I will be going
