I haven't got enough of either to make a curry but by combining them I have.

I've got 1 smallish rump steak and 2 smallish lamb steaks, will it work if I use them both in a curry?

Meat + meat = meat.

On the basis of the above, I'd do it too.

It'll work fine. The sauce will take on the flavour of the lamb more than the beef but it'll taste great.

Probably a far safer combination than you might get from the lower end takeaways!

With curry being the dominant flavour, it doesn't really matter... unless it's a very delicately spiced curry, the meat is providing texture, not flavour.

You can, but why not make two different curries? You can bulk them up with vegetables, if need be.

Chinese restaurants have plenty of mixed meat dishes. Go for it.

I prefer cat to cow.

But each to their own.

Some very good cat recipes out there.
