Wilts BiB - Seek and destroy
Discussion
Moonstone (how sad am I) blue - thats the silvery blue, Peugeot 406 estate. Unfortunately I didnt get a decent reg no. - may bear resemblance to W753 SGM. but that matches up to a focus.
Cause of my displeasure - Driving without due care and attention, and dangerous driving.
Southbound on a350 just past longbridge deverill and he moves out to overtake a queue of traffic from 3 cars back, when theres a car coming the other way, in plain sight, too close for a mclaren f1 to have made it. He moved back in his original position after scaring all involved, but then went as soon as that one passed, without checking to see if another car was coming. There was. Fortunately id seen it and braked to leave a huge gap for him to pull back in to. But no. Despite the huge gap to his left he tries to enter a non existant gap between two cars that had bunched up behind a truck in order to make the gap id left even larger.
The driver hes now alongside realises that this fool is unaware of the huge gap behind him so brakes and lets him in, meanwhile the oncoming car has actually had to stop.
Then, 2 miles later our subject moves out to overtake approaching a crest - its a shallow one, but if you have a low slung car coming you wont see it - this is a traditional dodgy overtake spot. The driver who had to brake earlier to let him in moves to follow. Upon seeing that, the 406 matches speed alongside the vehicle its overtaking, and stays there until the last moment when there is a car coming before completing his overtake, in an obvious attempt to leave the following driver stranded and part of a head on collision. Thankfully farm vehicle being overtaken has seen whats happened and stopped.
One of the worst bits of driving ive seen ever. Vent complete.
