Cayenne Ticking

Evening,

Any help with this would be hugely appreciated as I'm currently at the other end of the country to home!

I have a 04 cayenne s with 90k on the clock.

A loud ticking has started coming from the engine bay. I don't think it's the dreaded piston liners as it seems to be emanating to the right of the engine block directly next to the hydraulic fluid bottle.........

I'm right out in the sticks and whilst I've been staring at exploded images of cayenne engines, none seems to show what I need.

Will I make it home? Any help appreciated!

Can you hear it all the time or only when cold? Quite common when cold

It seems to happen about 10 mins after starting from cold......
