What to go for the continentals that are on I am not impressed with. Always ran eagle f1 assums on my last performance car are they suitable for the M3 e46?

If you can get Michelin Pilot Super Sports in your size they are the tyre to go for. Nothing else in mainstream tyres come close.

I'd agree with this, put PSS on my CSL when they first came out and was very impressed. Even the PS2's I put on my GT3 where much better than the previous P Zeros that came off, I don't think you can go to far wrong with Michelin

The only time I tried Asymmetrics I was very unimpressed with the grip.

As said above, Michelin Pilot Supersports are the ones to go for.
