Training with a cold?
Discussion
Depends how bunged up you are really.
Its said if its in your chest don't train if its a head cold then you'd be ok but depends how you feel.
I had the cold about 2 weeks ago, tried using the turbo lasted about 10mins, just couldnt breathe that well and it was irritating my throat. Took about a week off and lightly got back to it once I was feeling better.

t I wouldn't bother. If it hasn't got any worse, give it a go.
