Think I'm coming down with a cold frown

Supposed to be heading to a spin class tomorrow. What's the general consensus? Man up and get on with it?

Depends how bunged up you are really.

Its said if its in your chest don't train if its a head cold then you'd be ok but depends how you feel.

I had the cold about 2 weeks ago, tried using the turbo lasted about 10mins, just couldnt breathe that well and it was irritating my throat. Took about a week off and lightly got back to it once I was feeling better.

Are you still contagious - likely to pass on your germs?

See how you feel after a night's sleep - if you wake up feeling totally st I wouldn't bother. If it hasn't got any worse, give it a go.

Probably - this is the first day of the cold. Good enough reason to give it a miss I guess!

If its above the neck its fine, below do not train. However, are you training for a specific event (i.e proper training?) or just for general health and fitness. If you are training for something then rest and recovery will probably be better than having a st session
