Maserati GTS launch control?!

I have a 2014 MC shift GTS and when trying to launch away quickly in first its never resulted in tyre squeal in a straight line and it seems like the clutch isn't fully let out. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes.

First off all, turn MSP off.

Drop it into neutral by pulling both paddles forward.

Rev it and flick into 1st with the paddle and floor the throttle. Tyres screech, smoke and probably a broken clutch.

Result.
