Dashcams?

Wanting to have a dashcam installed in a 458 - cam anyone recommend a good installer in London, Berkshire, Wiltshire area please? Ideally I'd like to have a camera installed that would remain on when parked for security - any suggestions welcome. Thanks

Thanks Pioneer - lot of info on that thread but I need someone who has worked on the higher end car's like Ferrari's and Lambos and knows what they are doing without cutting wires and voiding any warranties.....any ideas anyone?

Just a thought as haven't explored myself yet, but how about a chat with a main dealer?

Would be interested to know how it would affect (extended) warranty also, bearing in mind that it would be directly wired to the electrics and presumably always live (for ignition off recording)

I want one for my LP560 but main dealer said they do not get involved with dashcams and anything 'cutting' into the system is likely to void any warranty. You can get battery powered ones which are completely standalone. Loads of info in that thread plus details of installers. Due to the nature of the product most of the people who have been doing it for a while on private vehicles will have worked on high end cars. Avoid national companies that do fleet obviously.
