4.7 clutch (manual) in 4.3 car

Hi, I posted this on 6speed but didn't get any helpful responses. Any advice appreciated

Gentlemen,

I've had some recent advice that one can use a the 4.7 clutch in a 4.3 vehicle with just an ECU reprogram.

Are they definitely compatible? (they certainly look identical)

Can one use the old flywheel?

Are there any other caveats to watch out for?

The newer clutch is almost half the price versus the old one which would be great
