Xbox live account hacked, or password leaked

Hi everyone..
I've just been notified by Microsoft that there had been suspicious activity on my account... Luckily 2 factor security stopped whoever it was and I've changed all my security!!
Anyone else had any problems?
The account activity showed attempts to access my account from India, China, and somewhere in Poland.
The only sites except for official Microsoft ones where I have used my Xbox login have been, the destiny forums and most recently logging in to the division website using my Xbox login for UPLAY.
If you've logged on to any of these sites with your Xbox account I'd double check your security also.
