Transferring van to personal name?

Sorry don't follow, why can't you just send of the V5 and have it transferred into your personal name?

Has the company completed and submitted any accounts to HMRC and/or Companies House?

Has the company claimed any Capital Allowances or other tax reliefs on the van?

Did the company reclaim any VAT on the van?
