Can people please explain to me why some Saggys sell in days, and some with the same kind of mileage and service history (full or part) and ten grand less hang around for months, is it the dealers warranty's or am I missing something here, very confused..........

A very valid point and something someone else asked me recently.
Speaking as someone who has just bought one that was advertised for a day or so, I would say 2 reasons came to mind.
Condition.
For me the way Str8Six prepare their cars is second to none. I have seen a lot of TVR's over the years, have had 3 off Str8six now and each time the prep and condition is faultless. As a result, I am very comfortable dealing with them and would buy a car blind. In fact, both the Cerb and incoming Sag were bought unseen. I have since gone to the see the Sag and it is as new. Stunning.
Warranty.
For someone as mechanically limited as I am, a nose to tail warranty for the first 12 months is also very important and worth maybe 2-3k. My first Tuscan had the engine go and this was picked up, rebuilt and delivered, no discussion. To say I was relieved is an understatement.
For someone like me to buy a ten grand less car and bring it up to the level of Str8six retailed car would be false economy. This will be different for others who can do this sort of work but it seems to me that a lot of people are now 'collecting' the Sagaris and hibernating them. As a result, spending that extra 5-10k on a minter becomes a no brainer.
Edited to add: I've been looking on and off for about 15 months for the right Sag so have seen a good few and have also missed some

Some cars look ok on the surface, but dig deeper and there are some very big bills awaiting someone who thought and wanted that top 5% condition car.
