been worrying a bit about car security lately, and noticed diskloks seem to be highly thought of so noticed this on ebay but just thinking it looks a bit too cheap maybe?. especially seeing as they're £80 in halfrauds some sort of rip off maybe? if so anyone know where you can get diskloks cheap?(cheaper than £80 anyway)

thanks bb

Seems to me to be claiming factory direct so it it is the factory under an assumed name it could just be cutting out the middle man. Halfords is not that cheap in my limited.

Looks worth a punt to me. Just don't blame me if it goes wrong

You should get the chrome one though, 'that is totally blingin innit'. You may even be able to get one with neons on it, innit

If you are a member, you can get them cheaper at Costco - £50 IIRC

Just take your steering wheel off and whack it in the boot! I have a removable gearstick!

Forget the disc locks, a missing steering wheel is a non-starter (unless the thief has massive bollox and faith in his mole grips!)

Might be tricky if it's got an airbag but the removable gearstick is a good idea, a mate of mine had one (that he made) years ago, just unscrewed it and took it with him - I'm sure most thieves would just look for a complete car.
