Website Designer reqd-with experience of 1&1's web tools

Hi,
I have the requirement for a website to be made and there's some specifics I'd like. Having previously used 1&1's solutions for everything within a family business, I found the simplicity of all web hosting, domains and email etc all within one service really good. At the same time, I had another account with them and used mainly for email although I had 2 personal micro sites on there - it's also a 'professional' level package.
I now have the requirement for a automotive sector website for a forthcoming venture that's just myself to have and run. I'd like the simplicity once more of using my existing 1&1 account for everything as I'm semi familiar with various aspects. I have some experience of SEO at a previous company I used to work at as well, so I'm fairly up to date with all things to do with good content, design and ease of use etc.
Some more specifics, I will require a webshop, a 'flip page' style magazine function, a separate area for trade customers to view and purchase, a better or higher quality and functioning photo gallery, along with some more of the available apps on 1&1's package. I have some good ideas on the look and feel of the site, I'm able to supply excellent quality photographs which can be edited to suit the website better which I've taken myself and I also have access to other pro photographers/videographers to generate content/video/images when needed.
I do see some quite nice looking templates on the site, also on other's like Wix. With Wix, I see only one email address is provided and it seemingly costs each time another email ID is needed, so I've currently discounted that service's options.
With my forthcoming venture, some of my main products I've purposely done and manufactured everything 100%, here in the UK. Other products will be high quality items made by specialists mostly in the USA and some from Euro countries. I'm trying to keep a good distance from the Far Eastern manufacturers for the most part. It makes sense to have a UK based, car enthusiast who knows about website developing to make my site! where better than the PH collective ?!
I'm based in Slough and happy to work with someone anywhere in the UK via email/phone (skype if required)

The problem here is (and I'm not fully aware of the tools on those services you've mentioned) - there could be a lot of custom bespoke work to make it all work together nicely. And so, you may end up being led away from those services.

LDN - The 1&1 offerings all work in tandem with each other when using their templates and services. All the current major aspects of having a good web presence are included, so there's no immediate pressing need to get each of those areas of functionality directly from the providers themselves. For ease of having everything in one place, I really like it from previous experience and that's the reason why I want to go this route again. Later, when funds have built up, if I see an external web service/product not offered by 1&1, then I can evaluate it and then make a customisation to included it if I feel it's necessary. I might have gone with the 'Wix' offering, but they charge for each additional email address you'd like to have which doesn't suit me.
