I'm thinking about some wheel options for summer.

I really like the Sport Classics on the older cars - and they are one of the lightest-weight in 17" - but just for fun, how would gold wheels look on a silver car please.

So 'deeper' gold or weiß-gold please.

Is one of these a good enough photo?

I'd go for a darker gunmetal or platinum finish (or similar) on a silver 993 with sport classics.

It will also help to hide the dirt on the rims which take more time to clean.

hehe you guys......

I don't disagree that 'grey' would work well - I've got 'gunmetal' multispokes (OZ/Prodrive 10-spokes) on the Subaru in winter - it works, but you can't see the loveliness of multispokes, especially BBS if you paint them too dark.

So I'll almost certainly go silver, but I'm considering gold.

OC I think with your photographic skills you are perfectly capable of doing this yourself.

Everyone's a photographer, videographer and retoucher these days.

Recolour multispokes? I don't have photoshop or anything that is particularly 'clever' - just cropping and lighten/darken/etc.

Here is something that might help you, my old 993 RS/R with gold wheels. BBS centre lock magnesium rims, not sure they make them these days, prob aluminium now...

You don't know what weiß-gold is?

Thanks Zub for the bigger-BBS photos - I think that is weiß-gold.

Paler, or whiter if you please Mr Moose.
