A cunning bluff I fear. I call the DeMoulay move of 1943 and skip overground to Ealing Broadway
IIRC, the Bison Conjecture of late 1937 specifically prevented the future use of 'DeMoulay-type' overground skipping without the use of suitable ballrace-equipped rope handles.

A cunning stunt indeed, alas averted by pulling a fast one through Blackfriars and hopping through the middleton fair towards Victoria. You're home and dry via the Cadwell over-rule of 1967, last invoked by Sir Harold Pinchsalt of Ealing common. A riseable withened old fuskbucket if ever there was one. See you at Morden

You are indeed right, but I have those to hand to deal with the snow. You don't think I would try a barely legal move like that in summer do you? That just wouldn't be cricket
