Hi to all, im looking for advice, I have a 2003 Westfield with a 1995 Fireblade engine in it, The car is almost complete but it looks like it was built for track, I got it running after sorting the wiring out and its fine, I have no idea what to do with it, at the moment other projects have first shout on my time, whats involved in putting it on the road, it will need some bits to complete and possibly a cert speedo and instrument lights, Cheers Steve
A copy of the IVA regulations would be a good place to start - see how much of the build might need attention to make it compliant. The car is fundamentally fine of course, but no knowing what details may fall foul of an IVA inspection if the builder wasn't assembling the car with one eye on the manual as they went along.
A good read of the IVA sections of most forums will help too. The WSCC one springs to mind as being helpful in your situation.
Good luck with the project.
