New Technician / Mechanic needed

That time of year again and as busy as ever so we are looking for another Mechanic to join our team. Posted this advert on the employment forum but apparently I'm not allowed to link to it so here it is because if I can't make guys in the TVR forums aware of it I'm not going to hit the right people;
We are a busy well established TVR specialist based in Stoke on Trent Staffordshire and a member of the new TVR Heritage Network.
We need another Mechanic to join our small enthusiastic team to work on TVR sports cars. TVR experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential as full training on the cars will be given, however, some good engineering knowledge and experience is essential and some experience of rear wheel drive performance cars and / or restoration of classics / race preparation would also be preferable, if you have only ever changed oil and filters on new front wheel drive euro boxes then this position probably isn't for you.
The work is varied, ranging from day to day servicing, strip and re-fit on accident damaged cars or cars in for paintwork and full restoration, building up new rolling chassis, installing new engines and building as new cars. TVR's are pretty straight forward to work on but at times can be frustrating and hard work so patience is essential as is the ability to diagnose and repair faults without always having a computer telling you what to do.
The work is also very rewarding; rebuilding someone's pride and joy from scratch and seeing the final finished product and then handing that car back over to its delighted owner. Therefore attention to detail and an enthusiasm for the brand is a must as you will at some point be customer facing and will get involved with discussing work with customers.
