New car detail

Morning All,


We have got a new car coming at the end of the month, start of next.

Rather than let the dealership valeters prep it I would like to get it off to a good start paint wise by having a new car detail and correction done.

We are based In the Harpenden / St.Albans area.

Simon Walters at Cambridge Concours is spot on, has some very famous customers and works on cars that i would have to sell many kidneys to buy.

Not the cheapest, but had my Evoque done a couple of months back and it was faultless. TVR booked in for April.

Don't think there are any pros in the area, but if you find someone let me know.

Id used Marc /Heavenly detail. Very good detailer. You'd have to take the car to him though.

Rob at Gleammachine has detailed my last two cars from new. I'm in St Albans and feel it's worth the trip over to him in Essex. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for the leads guys.

Its a new 3 series touring so nothing massively special. But once pressed into service it won't get cleaned very often!
