Any reason to close a different organiser other than the actual track owner. For example choosing Javelin over MSV at Bedford or BHP over Castle Combe at Castle Combe?

not really. they all have their good and bad days.
price is a factor, but no guarantee, to behaviour. a £79 evening will most likely see more red flags than a £300 daytime event ime, but even that's not a hard rule. I'd rate LoT and BaT above the rest.

I like the ones where they show the number (and type) of cars attending. This way you can avoid if it's full of people you don't want to be on track with. (E.g. racers practicing on the Friday before race weekend)
