How Do I Change TV Licence Direct Debit?

[DanB7290]

So, I'm moving to a new flat soon and I'm changing all the addresses on everything. The TV licence is done, however I am wanting to change from a £12 per month direct debit to paying the whole thing off in one go. Only problem is the TV Licence website won't let me; it just keeps diverting me back to change the date it comes out!

Anyone know how to do it?

Try:

or calling them on:

There are probably not very many people making that switch, so the form may not deal with every scenario?
