They are expensive but really nice and no cables is brilliant. I picked mine up for £150 in a Black Friday deal and got a free t-shirt and some replacement side plates.

I think xbox has more choice/freedom compared to PS4/3 in terms of what kind of setup you can have. depending on how much you want to look into it you might want to buy yourself a dedicated headphones & mic as gaming headsets tend to compromise on quality in favour of features.
