Bought a breitling Avenger Seawolf in december, the winder has broke. Is this the right paperwork that I have received to get it repaired under warranty? See pictures

Is the warranty booklet stamped and dated? What makes you think that the winder is broken?

Have you got the electronic warranty card?

These are supplied and activated when you buy a Breitling from an AD.

Why wouldn't you just ask the dealer rather than post photos on the net??

Weird question. Why would you not just take it to the supplying dealer? You'd need to take it in somewhere anyway, not sure what you get from asking about it on here.

As he said, the AD is shut and he's asking if he's got the right documents, to save a wasted trip...

Honestly, people! Is it a full moon or something? biggrin

Where was it purchased from?

You should have been issued with one of the new electronic warranty cards as pictured but it is possible that it was "new old stock" and therefore carry the old style paper warranty booklet it should however be stamped and dated by the AD.

Not sure how you'll get on going into an AD with a warranty query with nothing on the card, go in and give it a go though!

Let us know how you get on.

OP,

Give the guys in Tunbridge Wells a call:

https://www.breitling.com/en/service/centers/GB

They will tell you what you need to prove warranty cover to them and they accept watches by post if you want to go down that route. As far as I am aware this location is the UK service centre and all watches go there from the AD's. They did a full service and factory refresh on my 2003 Blackbird a few years ago and the watch was perfect when I collected it.

no, it's a weird question. Just go when they're open and take all the docs, including the warranty papers, just like any other item with a warranty. Not sure what the thread saves.

surely any breitling service agent would be able to handle a warranty repair?
