I reckon the smaller one (gauge sender) is 1/8 NPT which is 27tpi.


Larger one (ECU) is 17mm fine thread, 1.5mm thread pitch.


but don't take my word for it!

Thanks for the starting point. Got to clean out the threads on the cleaned up manifold prior to fitting. Think I'll buy some replacement sensors and take all three to my friendly engineering shop.

Found my decent thread gauges, nowt wrong with the big one but the small one is looking more like 1/8 BSP (28 TPI)


You mentioned 3 ? there is a third hole with a blanking plug on mine, 1/4 BSP (18 TPI) (19 TPI)
