Might do that, they're a good price as well , £300 for s pair of blue leather ones, just wonder how hard it would be yo fit them 
Quite agree. I have spent many hours searching for alternative seats, more of a bucket seat than the standard ones, in order to be comfortable both on road and track.
The chimaera, Cerbera, Tuscan and T350/Tamora seats were all designed for cars with low headroom, narrow space at the seat runner, and narrow space at the shoulder.
Too many seats from other marques suffer from too deep a seat base, meaning that your head is on the roof in a Chim etc. Quite a lot are too wide at shoulder height. Some are too wide at the seat squab.
By all means buy the Boxster seats, but be prepared to have to switch over your Chimaera runners, and they may still be impossible to fit. MX5 seats fit, Elise seats fit, even XJS seats are a tight fit. If you buy wisely you should always be able to sell them again.
Cerbera, Tuscan and Tamora seats fit. I have seen all fitted in a Chimaera. I have Tuscan seats myself, on Tuscan runners. I re-drilled the floor holes and actually managed to anchor the seats with 100mm M10 bolts through the outrigger corner plates at the centre outrigger tube, the one that runs under the seat.

Ohhh not good then My Tuscan seats are brilliant as far as I am concerned. More comfortable than Chimeara seats, though they too were pretty comfortable. The air filled lumbar support suits me very well, and with the seat pad out they are very good on track days.
You might struggle a tad if you are 6 ft 3 +, as they make you sit slightly further forwards.
