Sound Package Plus with PCM

Just taken delivery of 2016 BGTS with the above , I have no fader option on PCM or rear speakers is this correct?

Only Bose or Burmester have rear speakers in a 981 Boxster.

Might be worth following the Boxster Spyder thread - they have the same issue (no rear speakers) and thought that it was specified as having rear speakers with SPP. Probably just a configurator error, but they might get some response from Porsche (but I suspect not).

Brochure says of SSP: "with ­no ­fewer­ than­ seven­ loudspeakers."

Do you have seven?

2 X 8" bass in the doors
2 X 4" mids in the doors
2 X 1" tweeters in the dash
1 3" mid in the dash centre

The config tool says 9 speakers not 7.



This is from CDR+ SPP but the SPP with PCM still states 9 speakers.

Possibly a copy/paste error from the Cayman specs...

Its a left hand drive Spyder config, not necessarily the same as a right hand drive BGTS anyway.
