Looking at picking up a E class coupe sport (W212) and see a number that come without Sat Nav.. Would i be able to add an integrated Sat Nav (Merc or otherwise) to any of these models or would it not be an option on any particular model? Any ideas of cost?

If the W212 is anything like the W211 then the answer is no.
There will be no wiring loom and connections to make this financially worthwhile.

I have an older Merc and I'm not up date on all the different possibilities - on some newer models, nav can be added as plug-in module and on others the whole head unit needs to be changed.

These guys https://www.commandonline.co.uk/home.php are well regarded on the Merc forums but they'll do a pukka "OEM" level job with proper parts and that might be OTT in terms of cost.

E Class Coupe is strictly a C(I think)207, although it's often referred to as W207 Coupe.

I thought it was supposed to be pretty straightforward on the newer ones, just a case of adding the Becker unit to the glove box. Integrates with the existing controls and screen.
