Sleeved and Decatted - Burghley

If anyone is going to be at Burghley, or even better at one of the runs the day before, and has a decatted Chim with a sleeved exhaust I would love to have a listen so please let me know!
I have decatted my 4.0 and put on Clive's Y piece but would like more noise still - obviously a few concerns that it will be louder but sound like a broken tractor so best to listen to one on the move first...

Can't make Burghley.

Even on tickover, around the back of the car you cannot have a conversation without shouting.
No precats, ACT decat Y-piece, ACT SuperSport exhaust (straight-through - not available off the shelf any more).

It failed initial noise tests at several tracks and had a best (or worst) of 113 db @ 4000 revs at Snetterton but always got through with some bolt on cans. What I liked about it was that it had the ability to set-off car alarms in car parks but didnt get on your nerves on the motorway...

The other half found the straight-through too loud once the de-cat Y piece was fitted.
Must admit, conversation inside the car is to all intents, virtually impossible when in loud mode. The Cherry Bomb is much quieter in the cruise but can still make a lush noise when the right hand pedal is pressed
Yes I'm one of the ones who has a sleeved exhaust on as Qbee points out, Pre cats removed but main cat in place.
I may well get to Burghley and you can gladly have a test ride.
TV8'mentions motorways with cat removed but standard pipe, even CATTED my standard pipe is very boomy on motorways,
Yesterday I did an hour on the motorway going to Donnington, with fully sleeved exhaust but main cat still in place, it's quieter at 70-80-90 mph when cruising than my standard pipe!!!! Far less chance of a headache after an extended motorway run I feel!
Very amusingly yesterday at Donnington, no noise restriction,,,, so a number of historic tin tops were testing, straight through pipes etc, very loud but coming through the pits at low revs etc,, V8 burbling,,,, when I left and fired up the sleeved Tvr,,, haha, very very similar sound. Tractor,,,,, ? Old race car more like,,, but with a bit of subtlety which I put down to having the Main Cat in place! I have a hearing problem at certain frequencies, that frequency is not so apparent under normal driving conditions as with fully muffled exhaust so actually the sleeved exhaust with main Cat in place often seems less harsh on my ears!! The sound is simply behind me rather than in the cab.
It's ways louder with the roof off though,,, but still not alarming unless you floor it and then it's hell being let loose.
I may well get to Burghley and you can gladly have a test ride.
