Just gone to place an advert and it seems I now must pay a fee? Has the previous concession for longstanding members now been revoked?

Try emailing Katie if she's still on board PH. Email at the bottom........

If you are having a problem with a classified ad on PistonHeads it's best to contact our classified administrator, Katie, for a quick response. She will be able to help you out quicker than the hamster wranglers techies in Website Feedback. smile

This includes:
Problems logging in
Account issues
Problems paying
Being asked to pay when you're eligible for free ads (members who have joined before January 1st, 2009)
Ads not showing in search results
Ads in the wrong category
You can email Katie at adverts@pistonheads.com or call on 08720 551 551.

Apparently they are no longer free. Would have thought you would have Grandfather rights with 170 odd months membership though.

You do get free adverts on your account Shnozz, you will be able to select the free option on "Step 3 - Choose ad type".
We show the £11.99 cost across the whole website, the banner ads aren't tailored to your account type unfortunately. Unless you are asked to enter your card details, we won't be charging you.
